• Job brief

    We are looking for a receptionist to manage our front desk and deal with general office duties.

    DUTIES INCLUDE

    • Being first point of contact answering, screening and forwarding calls
    • Greeting guests and ensuring they are well looked after
    • Managing the visitor management system, dealing with any issues that arise with the building security
    • Dealing with enquiries to our info@itb email address
    • Sorting and distributing post and dealing with deliveries/couriers
    • Operating and maintaining the franking machine, dealing with all outgoing post
    • Managing the burglar alarm system, dealing with activations & resets, engineer servicing as well as keeping a log of staff alarm fobs
    • Ensuring the office cleaners are up to standard with regular meetings with their regional manager and ordering general waste/recycling sacks when necessary
    • Managing and ordering kitchen supplies and maintaining appliances
    • Managing and ordering stationery supplies
    • Reporting office/building problems to the building manager and dealing with contractors
    • Managing the phone system, dealing with the provider when faults arise

    REQUIRED SKILLS

    • Experience working on Reception
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Strong IT skills, including Excel
    • Friendly, enthusiastic, proactive, professional, polite, helpful, organised

    WORKING HOURS

    • 9:30am – 6pm / Monday - Friday
